Meet Founder
Dr. Steph Tilden is a certified animal chiropractor dedicated to helping animals move, heal, and thrive. With a strong foundation in human chiropractic care, she brings years of clinical experience and advanced training to her work with animals.
Dr. Tilden graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2015 and has been in active practice since. Dr. Steph attended Options for Animals College of Animal Chiropractic School where she completed extensive postdoctoral education in animal chiropractic and is fully Board certified through the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association (IVCA). Her training includes hundreds of hours of specialized coursework and hands-on instruction focused on the biomechanics, neurology, and rehabilitation of animals.
After living in Hawaii, and in the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Tilden relocated to beautiful Nashville, where she now serves the local animal community through her practice, Wild & Well. She works with a wide range of animals, helping improve mobility, reduce pain, support performance, and enhance overall quality of life.
Dr. Tilden is passionate about providing thoughtful, individualized care and believes that optimal health starts with proper movement and nervous system function. Her approach blends precise chiropractic adjustments with a deep understanding of each animal’s unique needs. In her free time she loves hiking. cooking, yoga, ballet, traveling, and especially hanging out with her husky/lab mix, Monkey.
